Refund Policy - Retreats
 

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our retreat participants. Refunds can only be processed via PayPal. Please review our policy below:

 

1. Cancellation by Participant:

All Deposits are non-refundable. (This is due to bookings with deposits having a higher probability of cancellations)

 

All Full Payments have the following refund policy

 

- More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10%, less any processing fees when transferring via PayPal.

Alternatively, a full credit transfer (one time only) is available to a future retreat (without loss of admin fee). 

 

- 30-90 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost, less any processing fees when transferring via PayPal. Alternatively, a credit transfer transfer (one time only) is available to a future retreat (less 20% admin fee, this takes into account loss for Organiser in filling the space at short notice)

 

- 7-30 days before the retreat start date: No refund available. However, you may transfer your spot to another person who pays you directly.

Alternatively, a credit transfer transfer (one time only) is available to a future retreat (less 50% admin fee, this takes into account loss for Organiser in filling the space at extreme short notice)

 

- Less than 7 days before the retreat start date: No refund available or credit transfers to other participants.

 

2. Cancellation by Organizer:

- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, less any processing fees by PayPal. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

 

3. COVID-19 and Health Emergencies:

- If a participant is unable to attend due to COVID-19 or a health emergency, we will offer a full credit towards a future retreat depending on timing and circumstances. Written documentation from a medical professional is required confirming this (for our insurers).

 

4. Transfer of Spot:

- Participants can transfer their spot to another individual up to 7 days before the retreat starts. Please notify us in writing and provide the new participant's details.

 

5. Travel Insurance:

- We highly recommend medical travel insurance to attend this retreat and strongly recommend it to cover your retreat fee, accommodation and travel expenses should there be the rare chance of a retreat cancellation.
